I LOVE everything about this video, as four-year-old Faris watches The Empire Strikes Back for the first time as it reaches THAT moment.

The shock and disbelief on his face is a picture, and took me back to the same moment as I sat with my dad in Widnes Empire cinema (appropriately enough).

I also felt a kick as my wife managed to sabotage that moment for both my lads by showing them the original three Star Wars films out of order and 35 minutes at a time while I was out at work, to fill some time during the summer holidays.

“You just watch this until your dad gets home, he likes the Star Wars.”

If I’d have had a lightsaber to hand …..
