AS I have said before, I love the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica with a passion.
I love watching it, reading about it, geeking out with fellow devotees on online forums – that’s why it is so hard to avoid spoilers for the second half of season four.
I want to watch it on television, so have resisted the temptation to download it from America, but with each passing day, more and more stuff is popping up on Digg, Ain’t It Cool, JoBlo – you name it.
So far my will has been like iron – but it is getting tougher to wait until Wednesday night on Sky Two.
Of course, I do have previous with this type of thing.
I only caught on to Battlestar late and had to watch the mini-series and the subsequent series on DVD, while the first half of season four piled up on my Sky Plus.
I did it then, and wasn’t disappointed as the first half of four really delivered in a way the series has struggled to do since New Caprica – ending with the discovery of Earth as a barren wasteland.
What next? Is it really Earth? Who is the final Cylon? I have no idea, but can’t wait to find out.
So in the meantime, please keep it zipped! We’ll talk again on Thursday.
